A modern, responsive website for a speciality gastroenterology practice led by Dr. Paul Singh — the only provider of the TIF procedure in the region. Balancing medical credibility with patient-friendliness, launched 2018.
Launched early 2018 with highly positive feedback from both clinic staff and patients. Patient inquiries increased due to clearer procedure explanations and better navigation.
From lo-fi prototype to live responsive website
The wireframe established the information architecture — full-width hero, 3-column info strip (Hours · Location · Contact), services grid, and blog section. The final design brought it to life with the CDD brand, real photography, and a bold navy + white palette.
Three key pages of the final website
Every page uses the same dark navy header with the CDD logo and "Online Payment" CTA button. Content sections shift to serve each page's specific patient need — from team introduction on the homepage to clinical procedure detail on the TIF page.
Fully responsive — critical patient information on every screen
On mobile, the team photo slider with navigation arrows sits above a clean info strip (phone, hours, address). The TIF procedure page uses the medical illustration as a full-width hero with clean typography below — patient-friendly and accessible on any device.

Four principles that defined the redesign
- Clear value proposition — homepage hero highlights "25 Years of Excellence" and Dr. Singh's unique regional TIF procedure expertise
- Patient-friendly language — medical content rewritten to be clear and accessible, with symptom descriptions written for lay readers
- Responsive design — all pages tested and refined for mobile, tablet, and desktop with proper image scaling and touch-friendly navigation
- Online Payment CTA — persistent in the header on every page, reducing friction for billing-related patient actions
